This wholesale grocery distributor moved from Manhattan to the Hunts Point area due to its proximity to the New York, New Haven & Hartford Railroad yards at Oak Point and Leggett Ave. Deliveries from all parts of the country come right to the company’s doors. Siegel & Green were the building’s engineers and architects. R.C. Williams leases the facility from the owner, Providence Produce Warehouse Co.
